Focused in Mexico with a 4 Million oz. Au Equivalent Measured and Indicated Resource

ValOro Resources Inc. (TSXV: VRO) is a Canadian mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring, and developing promising mineral resource opportunities. The Company's primary focus is its 100% owned Tepal Copper-Gold Porphyry Project in Michoacán State, Mexico. In 2013, the project completed a Prefeasibility Study (”PFS”) using 4 year average metal prices and was permitted by the Mexican government. In 2017, the Company completed a smaller and optimised Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") utilizing $1250 gold, $18 silver and $2.50 copper metal prices. Both the PFS and PEA studies produced positive economic results.

The current resource used in both the PFS and PEA is estimated to contain approximately 4 million oz. gold equivalent ounces in the Measured and Indicated Category (please refer to news release March 27, 2012):

The company continued exploration work on the Tepal project during 2017 and 2018 and has designed a drill program to investigate expansion of the resource and test new targets. New projects are also of strategic importance to our growth and we are continually in search of North American opportunities.
